Until then, Effex collects only the data necessary to deliver the product: wallet address (on connection), the EIP-712 signatures you authorize, and standard server logs (IP, user agent) for abuse prevention. Trading data lives onchain and is public by construction.

We do not sell user data. Analytics events are aggregated and anonymized.
