Replace this page with your final Terms of Service before public marketing. Until then, Effex is a software interface to the Sera Protocol smart contracts. You retain self-custody of your assets at all times; the protocol cannot move funds without your cryptographic signature. There is no recourse mechanism inside the protocol — any errors in signed transactions are irreversible.
